Tracy A. Meyer is a highly respected Virginia family law attorney with approximately three decades of experience representing clients in complex domestic relations matters throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding areas, including Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, City of Fredericksburg, and King George County. Since 1996, Ms. Meyer has built a reputation for strategic, results-driven advocacy in high-conflict divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution cases.

Ms. Meyer zealously represents clients in all aspects of family law, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce litigation, custody and visitation disputes, spousal and child support, and post-divorce enforcement and modification matters. She is particularly known for representing clients in emotionally complex cases involving mental health concerns, where thoughtful counsel and discretion are essential.

Ms. Meyer is consistently recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Family Law, and she has been selected for inclusion in Virginia Super Lawyers since 2012. She was also recognized as one of the "Top Divorce Lawyers" in Metropolitan Washington, D.C. in February 2009 by Washingtonian magazine. Ms. Meyer is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar Family Law Section, the Fairfax County Bar Association Family Law Section, Fredericksburg Area Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar.

Ms. Meyer graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, Honors Program, in 1992 (B.A., with departmental honors in Political Science, magna cum laude). In 1995, she received her law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University.

Ms. Meyer lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, boating and movies.
